We are hiring for the following roles:
1. Tutors (Subject-Specific & General)
- Role: Assist students in targeted subject areas (e.g., Mathematics, Science, Language Arts) via individual or group tutoring sessions.
- Responsibilities: Help students understand key concepts, prepare for tests, and develop better study strategies.
- Ideal Candidate: Someone with strong subject knowledge, patience, and the ability to adapt teaching styles to different learners.
2. Marketing Coordinator/Assistant
- Role: Drive brand awareness and promote our services through digital and traditional channels.
- Responsibilities: Manage social media platforms, create engaging content, produce marketing materials (flyers, newsletters), and analyze campaign success.
- Ideal Candidate: Creative and organized, with experience in CRM tools, Canva/Adobe, and social media analytics.
3. Academic Advisor
- Role: Provide comprehensive guidance to students regarding academic planning, course selection, and career goals.
- Responsibilities: Monitor student progress, assist with degree requirements, and connect students with support resources.
- Ideal Candidate: Excellent interpersonal skills, a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), and a passion for student mentorship.
4. Administrative Roles
- Role: Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our learning center/office.
- Responsibilities: Manage schedules, greet visitors, handle client inquiries, and support the staff with clerical tasks.
- Ideal Candidate: Detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suite, and able to multitask effectively.
